I have been doing business With Matt Gross for quite a while now. He takes care of my personal insurance and my business. Any time you call there either Matt or Lorrie picks up the phone and responds to your questions or needs right away. I really appreciate that, you don't see that type of customer service much these days.

This very professional and prompt office has incredible staff, and we've been dealing with Lorrie for so many years, and she feels like part of the family. Years ago, she asked how my daughter was doing, and I had said how she had made me a grandmother, and after Lorrie congratulated me, she said "I'm glad you mentioned that because your daughter will now receive the adult discount rate." We have car, life, and home insurance with competitive rates, and personal service that NEVER feels rushed, and this staff always takes the time to explain every detail and always offers great tips.
