Our Reclaimed Barn Wood Collection is built by a Lancaster County craftsman and his family who have been making furniture from their simple workshop for 30 years. I"ve ordered quite a few pieces of furniture from Timber and was very pleased with everything right up until I wasn't. I ordered an end table over a year ago and as of this date 10/27/2021 have not received the one that I ordered to match the one that I already received. I understand with Covid going on and other problems that came up,. but now it's just ridiculous. And on top of everything I have not heard from Kelly or Ben after texting, emailing and calling. I hate to put a bad review up, but I am at my wits end.

The pieces I ordered from Timber Home are BEAUTIFUL. Kelly did an amazing with customizing the pieces to fit the dimensions I provided her. I was able to pick the colors. The craftsmanship of the pieces is excellent. Kelly communicated during the whole process. I am very pleased with the whole experience

We had a great experience buying two corner hutches from Timber Home Furnishings. We spent a long time in their showroom in Aston deciding what to buy (they had many nice options). The man working there was helpful but not at all pushy. The communication was great regarding delivery and Kelly was very friendly. One thing to note, we bought the pieces in February and they didn't arrive until May. However, when we were looking in the showroom, the man working there was very up-front about the fact that the Amish folks who make the pieces were backed up with orders, and that it could take 15-17 weeks

Just be aware that if you order an item, you will be waiting for it for a while. We ordered our piece Sept 10th and didn't get it til Dec 17th. However, Kelly was extremely quick with her responses to our emails. We were also given a little discount for having to wait so long, which was an unexpected, generous gesture. And the piece is BEAUTIFUL, everything we wanted. Very happy with our purchase and experience
