I'm Donna Erickson, Executive Chef and owner of "From Scratch Catering." It is hard to believe, but I have been catering for over 20 years, serving hundreds of clients, while satisfying thousands of palates. From intimate dinner parties to corporate lunches and elaborate wedding feasts, I have had the joy and privilege of doing it all.

We loved working with From Scratch for our wedding. They were so accommodating for my Celiac disease and other dietary restrictions among our guests. They were so organized and professional that we had zero hesitations that everything would be as perfect as it could be on our wedding day. The food and experience was incredible. Highly recommend!

They are family-owned and operated, have INCREDIBLE cuisine (all made from scratch of course), and their staff is beyond friendly and professional. Donna is truly gifted and Addie is wonderful to work with! They treat you like family! I hired them for my wedding and they executed everything beautifully and beyond my expectations. Addie and her mom are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!. When we had to postpone our wedding due to covid (we found out 2.5 weeks before our original date). Addie went above and beyond to make sure I mentally was doing ok but also was very quick to respond to all my questions. She was very upfront about the day and what that looks like. Their food is BEYOND amazing. Everyone at our wedding fell in love with everything but their homemade Mac and Cheese was by far the front runner of the guests. Addie made sure to check on my husband and I throughout the dinner service and slightly after for Dessert. My family

From Scratch catering is an excellent family run business. From the day we did our tasting with them we knew they were the catering company we wanted to go with, they have a magical mac&cheese. Given we were planning a wedding during COVID, they were very careful to make sure that proper guidelines were followed, we asked all the staff to wear masks which they all cooperated with and we are super appreciative. Honestly, the only way we were going to do our wedding was if From Scratch could cater it. They're THAT good. Addie and Emmie were fabulous, friendly, and beyond helpful in planning and executing our event perfectly. We have some food snobs in our families...and they were absolutely impressed with the food and desserts. Only compliments the entire night.

I have been to many many weddings and funerals and etc and never saw a presentation of food as I saw at a function yesterday that From Scratch Catering served. We had an absolutely incredible experience working with From Scratch for our recent December wedding. We had all intentions of testing out a few caterers as everyone says “it’s the best part of wedding planning”…welp…From Scratch was our first stop and the rest was history! Not just for the amazingly delicious food that they provided, but also for their genuine concern and help throughout the entire planning process.
