We are depended on to ensure their trip is the highest possible quality in regards to safety, reliability, and comfort. Transportation from home to dialysis treatment. Usually this service is arranged by the patient or clinic's social worker.

Horrible dispatch cherri .she is rude , She dont care about ppl , she just seems to care about how many ppl she can get on at one time even if your schedueled pick up time is 10:30 am she wants to pick you up earlier even if your schedule time is different and she has the nerve to threaten yoyyoyyou with a cansellation .she knows you will have to accept with those threats

I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MEDTRANS FAR AS GETTING FROM POINT (A) TO POINT (B). BUT THE ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT THE CALL CENTER HAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME AND THEN THEY ANSWER AND THEN THEY SAY THANK FOR CALLING MEDTRANS PLEASE HOLD. AND THEN YOU ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER APPROX. 10 MIN. THAT DOESN'T MAKES SENSE TO ME. I KNOW THE MAIN OFFICE IS IN AZ WHERE I USE TO LIVE AND ONE THING ABOUT AZ MEDTRANS WHEN YOU CALL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR TRANSPORTATION, THEY ARE ON POINT WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND THEY DON'T HAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. YOU CALL AND THEY PICK UP IMMEDIATELY
