When I decided to do a Luau theme for my Mom's 85th surprise Birthday party, it seemed to be a natural progression to seek out a pirate for the entertainment to crash the party. What could be more fun!? But we didn't just find ANY pirate when we found Elizabeth Swann and Captain Jack!
