I called to ask a few questions about a property that was listed on their website, and the woman on the phone promptly raised her voice at me about the fact that they were getting a lot of applications on that property. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made sure that I knew that even if the applicant that they had chosen fell through, I for sure wouldn't have a chance at it. I just wanted to know more about the property, never mind how many applicants they had. So rude.

This is the first time renting from Lakeside property Management. We have been here a year now. And I absolutely love it! Paula is straight forward from the start all the way through. Theirs no beating around the bush. I have rented from many different places. We don’t get bothered by childish stuff. We actually feel like it’s our home. This review is long overdue! Paula has been managing our property for a year and a half now and she has been an absolute dream to work with. She goes above and beyond to ensure we have good renters and has taken care of our home so well. We bought this home as an investment and it has been a bit of a fixer upper. Lakeside Property Management and Paula Tuttle have been a godsend for us.
