When we opened Strawberry Hills Pharmacy & Compounding Center in 2011, we began with a desire to serve a greater need in western Kentucky and southern Illinois. Our goal was to offer more pharmaceutical solutions that were lacking in this region. In order to reach more people, we expanded our brand by adding a location in Murray in 2012, and then again with a location in Lone Oak in 2015.
Strawberry Hills Pharmacy specializes in pharmacy compounding, the art and science of preparing customized medications. Compounding provides solutions to many common prescription drug problems such as allergies to drug elements, sensitivity to drug strength, difficulty swallowing or simply patient preferences.
Our compounding pharmacy can individualize therapies for a multitude of dermatological problems. Strawberry Hills Pharmacy can continue to improve both the aesthetic and therapeutic aspects of skin care. Our pharmacists are Professional Compounding Centers of America certified, ensuring quality control.

We work together with the physician and the patient to solve problems by customizing medications that meet the specific needs of each individual.

I like the staff and the services but I really wish their communication were better: a phone call, an automated text, anything. I’ve had multiple instances of my doctor calling something in and then I never know if it’s ready or available. I always have to call them only to find: prescription ready, prescription not available, prescription re-shelved (both of the latter require me to get in contact with my doctors office again). I generally use Walmart now for convenience. Wish I didn’t have to but the basics of customer service are lost here.

Staff is always friendly however that does not help when you need your medication. Refills are never ready. When you call them in they don't bother telling you that you don't have refills available so you show up a couple hours later only to be told they had to send off for a refill. They also don't bother telling you when they are out of your medication so you show up to pick it up just to be told "oh we had to order it". Wish they would at least call you back to let you know there is an issue. I don't expect them to compete with their pricing since I know they can't but for the service and cost

I love this little small, hometown pharmacy the big pharmacy you are always having to wait but not at Strawberry Hill! Plus they will deliver should you be down and under the weather. The only thing, I wish they stayed open later. Other than that, you will love the staff. They are always so nice and polite and go out of their way to help you. I just love my Strawberry Hill!

Love this pharmacy! Everyone who works there is so friendly and professional. I love the fact that I’m not just a number but they know my name. My prescriptions are always ready on time and I can get right in and out. Only negative thing I can say is that the drive through can be a bit slow sometimes. They will always have my family’s business!

A VERY important medication that needs to be started ASAP was ordered for my husband to Strawberry hill. My husband's nurse practitioner that ordered it, went personally to strawberry hill before he ordered it to ensure they keep it in stock. They told him they did. Which is why he ordered it with strawberry hill. It had to have a prior authorization done and it was approved by his insurance. I go to strawberry hill after work to pick it up to be told they don't have the medication and it has to be ordered and I can't pick it up until Monday. I am FAR from happy with this service. We have special needs and we rely on Strawberry Hills Pharmacy heavily. There staff is so caring and very knowledgeable. Their kindness and professionalism never ceases to amaze us. They honestly go the extra mile.
It’s is so nice to have a personal relationship with our LOCAL PHARMACY, not some chain store brand. That’s again to the staff at the Strawberry Hills Pharmacy.

Switched to Strawberry Hills from one of the chain pharmacies, has been approx. 2 years now. The experience in dealing with the staff here as opposed to all the other pharmacies I have been to is night and day. All the employees are outgoing and genuinely concerned with helping and providing a level of service/assistance that is rarely seen these days. I can’t say enough good things about everyone at Strawberry Hills, they’re phenomenal.

I had to give them one star because Google doesn't give the option to award negative stars. Service at Strawberry Hills Pharmacy in the past was very good but growth has not been good for them. A trip to Strawberry Hills Pharmacy anymore is almost brutally painful. It seems like there's some sort of issue every time I go there. Either the prescription hasn't been filled, pricing wrong because of the way it was filed with insurance, don't have medication or a problem with the prescription. I hate it when my wife asks me to pick up a prescription anymore...I usually ask her if it's at Strawberry
