I wouldn't rent from any other property management company in town. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, even if it's to say that it will be taken care of at a later date. Best maintenance man around. They also have Real Estate agents, so I know when I'm ready to buy, they will have someone to help me with that!

We used this company to rent out our home and are deeply underwhelmed with their service and level of professionalism. Work that was done by their maintenance crews was of extremely poor quality and once I found out, after our contract had already ended, they refused to even take an inch of responsibility for the damage that had been done as a result. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this service to home owners, especially for those unable to be on site to check on work quality.

We rented a townhouse from Platinum Property Management for a year. Lori was always very quick to get back to me and very helpful with any questions and/or concerns we had. They also were helpful with any maintenance issues we ran into. If we hadn't moved out of town we would have continued to rent from Platinum!

Before I applied here, I told the receptionist that I had bad credit and that we were working on it. We have the income not the credit. I wish she would have said that they only go off credit because I would have saved $80 for the “ application fee“ and never would have taken my chances. Now I’m A**ed out money just so they can tell me I’m denied because of my credit. BS

In summary, no flexibility whatsoever. They are more interested in running a business and making money than taking care of clients.
The apartment was cute and good sized. Everything we expected. And expensive. They are good at fixing some issues. However, once you move out I would warn you to not expect your deposit to be returned. I cleaned my unit thoroughly before moving out, and they still found reasons to hire a cleaning agency. Costing hundreds of dollars. It would have been nice of them to contact me if my cleaning wasn’t up to their standard instead of just hiring out. There were items

We have worked with Platinum Property Management for about one year now. They manage our rental property. We are very happy with them. They are attentive to our needs as owners, are responsive, always pay all the bills on time, and our property is very well taken care of.
They protect our renters privacy, which is important as a renter (I rented for years so I know how important this is)! They have a great portal for both the renter and owner. Also, I feel that the rent they recommended we collect is competitive and very fair for the area. I cannot see this company unfairly or arbitrarily raising

Platinum Properties works hard at what they do. I understand some folks have negatives about them, but when there is a housing Crisis in Chelan County that is not in their control. The staff are personable and friendly, responsive and quick to fix issues. I'd say over all they are the BEST rental company to work with. I highly recommend giving Platinum Properties a chance, they work hard to help get you in place to call home.

My fiancee and I just moved to the area. (I actually grew up here) but this was the first company we went to and all I have to say is do not waste your time or give your money to this company. They literally do not care at all about the rentee. All they care about is keeping business with the property owners. They have stated in their lease If you the rentee are injured on the property over something they have not repair, even if they are aware it is not there fault. As an owner of a duplex being managed by Platinum Property Management I appreciate their professionalism. They send monthly detailed statements on time and have my payment automatically deposited into my rental bank account. Any questions I have had have been promptly answered and explained. I would highly recommend Sandy and the rest of her team!

This is the worst rental company in wenatchee if I could give them a negative star I would. Their property was a dump when I moved in and after continually complaints they never fixed anything. The rent they charge is outrageous for the dump they provide as a living space. Beware do not rent from them. You will be disappointed. They also raised the rent every other month after our 1 st year lease was up. They are basically Mr. Potter’s. Charging high rent for a dump.
