Not sure about the other Amigo Tires locations but this one, at the address above is extremely dishonest particularly the Son who they call Luis. I went in for brakes and after I paid $350.00 I still heard a grinding sound. I went back and Luis told me that was normal but they would not have time to look at them. We went to red wiens down the road and begged for help. I offered $200 for someone to please come look at her car and just give us some direction. "No, company policy" I pleaded. "Please, as a human asking for help to another human. Ill pay whatever"

So we came here to amigo and two men happily stepped away from what they were doing to come and help!! They have already got the car working. Such kind humans! Saved our day!!

As a woman, it's very common for men in these types of shops to try and take advantage of us and bump the price up because they think we don't know better and that's exactly what they tried to do! Whenever I'm having an issue with my car, I have my boyfriend handle it to avoid being overcharged by sexist mechanics and shop workers. He has brought tires here to be patched multiple times and they always charge him $10. I went by myself a few days ago and they tried to charge me $15! The service was fast and friendly. We are here for a used tire. They quickly help us to change and replace the tire. Cost $35 for used tire 15".

Rude customer service! Orders parts for vehicles that is not what was requested. Mario hangs up rudely on customers, surprised they are still even in business as per other reviews this is not their first time conducting shady business.

I attempted to stop in for a balance having read google hours and they were closed before 7pm. Do not rely on the posting it is inaccurate and will not be back. Bad for business.

This place deserves no rating, I called this location after making an appointment at their Flamingo location just to find out at the last minute that the person I made my appointment with left in vacation. I was asked to called the Charleston location just to speak with a rude individual. I love coming here for tire issues. They always help me as soon as I drive up. They are also very friendly and helpful. They never try to talk me into services I don't want or need. Their prices are low and fair. I have been coming here for long time. I highly recommend it!!

The truth is they deserve a zero star rating ! I spent 3400 hundred dollars at this store and was told I would be receiving all OEM or name brand aftermarket parts . They charged me 800 bucks for a flowmaster exhaust kit and as it turns out it's not even an authentic flowmaster muffler at all the parts used are all generic look alike parts . These people are scam artists apparently they don't expect anyone to put there car up on a hoist to check out there work after they complete it. I paid for a whole new exhaust system by flowmaster and all they did was cut out my mufflers and fill

I was led to believe I would be paying $780.00 for all (5) Mounts and $80.00 for REAR Axle....

Come to find out all that change because the knuckle head didn;t know what he was doing from the beginning...

The people who work here are scammers you can see two in the picture they will try to sell you a tire with a warranty only to tell you that it was your fault that it's messed up and make you pay again don't go here worst place ever manger calms he own the place he doesn't I wouldn't give them no business

Went to a couple of places was very disappointed huge wait time and expensive they all wanted me to buy new tires when the only one that needed to be fix was the back tire because it had a nail. Came here with no appointment literally he fixed my tire right away so nice, only paid $12 less than 10 mins wait. Will definitely be back and recommend this place great customer service!
