My vision for Sky Salon was born out of necessity. As a stylist, I spent years being exposed to chemicals at work while my personal holistic philosophy grew more important to me and my young family. Five years later, I am so proud of the stylists at Sky and what we have created together. We focus on using hair color with minimal chemical ingredients.
Chances are you have battled frizzy, unruly hair but to no avail. Cue summer humidity to really fire up the flyaways. Keeping you and our staff safe is our highest priority. To do so, we are incorporating essential space modifications within the salon as well as updating our operating procedures and sanitization protocols. I NEVER write reviews for anything, but Sky Salon is worth it. I typically hate salons with their cold and impersonal atmospheres, but I LOVE it here. Everyone is so friendly and I feel like I'm hanging out with friends. I go to Jeannine and I adore her. I thought I would have to go to Boston to find a salon that meets my holistic requirements and feel so lucky that Sky Salon is right around the corner!! I can't recommend it highly enough.

Sarah Paul is the BEST! She explains everything so thoroughly about the color process and makes sure to really understand what will work for you! She painstakingly matches tones/colors to skin tones etc. Had a color/gloss/balayage treatment and it came our GORGEOUS. Not too much, not too little. Exactly as SP described it would be! Shes a gem.

Sky Salon Lincoln is my go to salon. My good friend referred me to Sky Salon and I am so glad that I took her advice. I have to start this review by saying that as a black woman, it is very difficult to find a good salon. I have found that at many salons the stylists were only concerned with getting the desired “look”, which often involved too much heat, which inevitably resulted in damage. Sky Salon Lincoln operates with the mission and philosophy of healthy hair first and it shows! I finally decided to give up my old salon because it was too far away, and I’m glad I did! This place is SO CUTE, the staff were so nice and friendly, and Elizabeth S gave me a great haircut. I noticed a lot of the reviews were about special curly haircuts, which made me a little bit nervous because I have long, fine, straight hair, but Elizabeth gave me a great cut! I would highly recommend. I also love the products they use are truly natural (no greenwashing here), and so the salon smells great, and no chemicals! So glad to have found this place!

Sarah-Paul Migliori is one of the top three hairstylists I've had in my life (I'm now 41 years old). I have, shall we say, a deforestation issue regarding my hairline... ok, I'm going bald. She did a fabulous job blending, adjusting and working my hairline in a way that has lasted for weeks and looks great. Skillful and upbeat. Can't ask for more.

Best haircut I've had, period! I booked a haircut the same day with Jeannine, and was so amazed with this salon. Having curly hair is a blessing and a curse - this is a salon that understands how to cut it. Jeannine (and the team) did an excellent job - from taking the time to understand my curls through to the cut (the Deva process is so logical, cut dry, then wash, then finish cutting again dry). Great location, highly skilled and wonderful staff, and a place you can take your curls and know they are in truly expert hands.

I absolutely adore this salon. The space is gorgeous. Hipster chic, serene and inspiring (think anthropologie). Jeannine has a meticulous eye and is a true artist. I am incredibly picky about my hair, and I just love the work she does. I am so excited to have a hairstylist I can trust. You will love.
