Started doing business with this group of guys @ IPW starting with Micky who is a caring customer service rep for them. Purchased in a normal manner through Mark and Sean as phone reps. Up until we needed warranty with some of their in-house batteries we are fine and after that the bad vibes from Sean began & persisted. Then on another incident we received a rotor that was horribly machined off specs that caused grinding noises with no assistance or remedy via IPW. We reached out obviously and again Sean was giving us an attitude not trying to help but throwing us off in a RUDE manner. We are
