So, the best way to learn who I am with a camera in my hand is to look to the words clients use to describe working with me, so take a second and read my reviews! I am a 2-time ECU graduate, working in a field not even closely related to what I studied (Finance and Accounting). I did however play sports while growing up, hence my love of most things athletic.
If swimming is your sport of choice, congratulations on choosing one of the toughest sports on planet Earth! That's a personal opinion of course. Swim sessions revolve around you and the skills you have developed. It is the one time in the pool where you'll be less focused on speed and more focused on the mechanics of the stroke.
Travel fees apply to sessions outside of Onslow County, but may be waived, at my discretion, if you have a large group of swimmers (minimum 5 or more and depends on distance from the Raleigh area) wanting to be photographed over the course of a day or weekend. I pride myself on making these sessions fun.
After much discussion with both swim families and coaches, I am pleased and excited to be offering my swim sessions in a "mini" format for teams! This offering takes my normal underwater swim session and makes it more manageable in time and cost, while providing parents and swimmers the opportunity to get themselves photographed underwater doing what they do best - swimming!
For some reason, swim sessions tend to be a little intimidating to swimmers. Hopefully, you'll find the answers to all your questions here and they provide a little better understanding of the flow and design behind your swim session. I love working with swimmers in different areas and different pools within North Carolina.
