Services
As our customer you will receive excellent customer service by our staff. We make ourselves available to assist you in your repair needs, and you will never get an answering machine when you call our shop. We work with a number of rental car companies and are able to determine which service best suits your needs.
There's a $25 charge if costumer decides not to fix his car in our body shop, otherwise it's FREE. Yes, it is mandated by your insurance policy that you pay your deductible to the body shop at the completion of your repairs. If your vehicle doesn't feel right when driving or if you hear rubbing noises on wheels and tires, your vehicle may not be safe to drive.
Unlike other shops, the staff was courteous and understanding. They listed to my concerns, kept me informed throughout the process and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I've already recommended them to a coworker and will continue to do so at every opportunity. My Honda CRV was hit from behind. River Auto Body handled communication with the insurance company on damages and arranged for a rental car.

What a great experience I had with River Auto Body from start to finish. Every person I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and honest. The car looks amazing. The work was completed much faster than I thought it would take. No one wants to be in an accident and have to deal with all the stuff that goes along with it, but they made the process super easy.

They wanted to charge $2,000 more than a place that I actually got my service from. They should post that this place is cash only. Don't go there unless you want to get ripped off, very overpriced! They don't wear masks either! I was rushed to make a decision because he wanted to make a phone call. Which I found rude and unprofessional.

They did an excellent job on my car, went above and beyond what they were supposed to do, they even vacuumed my car, I don’t know any shops that do that. Very responsive to calls and emails, great customer service. I definitely recommend them.

I first went to the shop, because it was in my neighborhood.
If I can, I wish to help neighbors.
The owner (part owner ?), who has a degree in Mechanical
engineering, helped me, even though it was not in the scope of his
shop.
We talked about his sons .... and their educations.
He explained what he was seeking in my car.
I am a physicist (OLD ! 85 +) and I need to understand.
He was Professional and did a wonderful job.
I am so pleased!
I wish to be treated like a human being, and fairly, and
competently.

Excellent service. Been here 3 times already and plan on staying here as a customer. Always treated me fairly and with respect. Prices are very affordable and owners are very pleasant. Work on my vehicle has always been excellent and on time. Always returned my vehicle back nice and cleaned as well. Family owned business. A++++++++ service. Highly recommend!
