I seen the mixture of good reviews and bad however I still proceeded to file an application with them. I printed my app online. They never pick up the phone. All they want to do is take your money from the application fee. I had called many times and even left voicemails to get an update and I never got a call back. They’re happy to take your money and that’s about all they’re good at

I would highly recommend Simmons and Harris. Simmons and Harris has rented and managed property for us for several years. They have always addressed any issues and concerns in a very positive and professional manner. I consider it a benefit to us that their maintenance company(Metro Maintenance) is always available to us to address any issues we cannot directly handle ourselves. For your rental, or management needs, I would highly recommend them!

Simmons and Harris does an excellent job in property management. I have been impressed with their operation since I started working with them and am glad to call them my management company. Will and Benton are both personable and easy to talk to and help resolve any issues I have with our properties. They are both proactive and really good at solving problems. This would be 0 stars if possible. Management company, that manages to do NOTHING about my dilemma with SLUMLORD. You can tell the property hasn't been MANAGED in decades, because it's in such horrible conditions. Going on a year now, and I'm STILL complaining about the same repairs. You call them, and they never answer your call, they are just USELESS. As long as you pay your rent, they could care less about your issues. Can't wait to move. Simmons & Harris has managed a property for me for many years and I have been very pleased with their response time if a maintenance issue arises. I find it helpful they will get the right people to respond to an issue and fix the problem since I do not have the contacts they have. I do understand some landlords fix their properties and I am thinking some of the negative comments in the reviews have to do with landlords not moving as quickly as they should. I have always found staff to be pleasant and responsive.

For overall experience. From the ease or lack there of of applying, to poor communication from/with office staff. No sense of urgency to answer the telephone. The unit needs to be updated and their “turning” policy & standards should be revisited and upgraded as well. It’s 2021.

Simmons and Harris leasing office is complete trash. The staff at the office think they are better than you and their solution for everything is “you can move if you aren’t happy”. They don’t care about the people they lease to it’s just a job to them. Northgreen Villas isn’t worth the price of what you pay. They will continue to up your rent but will never upgrade or replace anything. The man who owns the property won’t sign off on any upgrades. They also take forever to cut the grass. Only reason I’m ok with giving them one star is because of the location of the apartments.
