Tried getting a vehicle towed... got told it would be an hour. 3 hours later still no pick up. Then i was told they could do it first thing in the morning, 1pm next day still no pick up. Even after calling to check on the status. Waited 2hrs for a call back. Ended up going threw a non local company that actually wanted to do their job, and did it for $100 cheaper. I WILL NEVER TRY TO USE THEM AGAIN.

All the one star reviews are here for a reason. Car needed to be towed and was sat at the roadside. Insurance company called this company and I was told they would be there in 60 minutes. 4 and a half hours later with no tow truck, my insurance company was able to send a new company that got there in 20 minutes!
Person on the phone at KDT was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. We were told they would be there in half an hour... several times, and the lady never apologized or even stated her name, company name, or anything. More like answering a personal call from someone who doesn't

Insurance called KDT to pick up my broken down truck to tow to my mechanic. My daughter waited with truck for 90 minutes but had to leave for work. KDT woman told her to leave keys under may and door unlocked they would be there in 15 min. (I was told they would arrive within 75 min). I mistakenly assumed that was true. Next day my mechanic tells me truck was never delivered. I called KDT said was told job was marked as "completed." It was not.
