Randolph painted three metal awnings on our house. I felt that he gave a fair price for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable about the way it should be done. He showed up when he promised he would and completed the job as promised. They look beautiful! He was very professional and pleasant. I will definitely hire him again for future projects!

Randolph constantly told me he was a Christian man and would take care of our remodeling needs and that he had a crew. We signed and paid him half of the money for remodeling 3 bathrooms, and after demolishing all but one of my bathrooms in my home, and still owing us $3,000, he asked us for 1,000 more. When we refused to change the signed contract, he stopped showing up. Thank goodness we still had one full bathroom that we could use until we could find an honest contractor to finish the others. Randolph Residential deceived our naive hearts and took money from us.
