Extremely poor customer service. Terry is the worst spiteful manager I have ever spoke to. Has no empathy and I would never ever recommend them or trust them. He should be fired for how he speaks to people. My daughter does not feel comfortable with a male counselor and terminated her because she refused to see their counselor that he tried to force her to see. Threatening me that if she didn’t see him he would terminate her from seeing the psychiatrist. Which he did. She no longer is prescribed her meds and has to wait several months because terry terminated her. He is a mean unprofessional

Terrible customer service and they only refill prescriptions at the time of visit and that's it. When I had to reschedule an appointment due to work, I was out of a couple non regulated meds and they would not refill any.

The office staff here are liars, and extremely rude and completely unprofessional. I have gone here for years, and it was always great service and amazing counseling and professional help from Sandra. When they moved, and hired on this new staff, the service was cold and uninviting as soon as you walk in the door. The Counselors are really good, but good luck getting past the wholly unprofessional staff at the front desk. I've recommended MANY people to A.C.C. over the years, but I will make it my mission, to make sure everyone I know that goes there, to stop going and find other help, and go out

Unwilling to work with new patients and schedules affected by circumstance. Very rude office staff makes you feel like an inconvenience to them.
