Excellent, once I called Rob he was there fighting for me.
I had sewage back up in my basement. Called my insurance company and they sent an adjuster. The adjuster assessed the damages and told me I would get the full amount (which wasn't even enough to cover damages). Then the insurance company sent me a check for less than what the adjuster had said and a letter stating they didn't agree with the adjuster. The adjuster they sent!
I called Rob, he got involved and in a day we had a letter from the insurance company stating they were sending me the rest of the money.
