SFC Limo Services

We used SFC limo for our wedding in Napa. Alex was very professional. There was heavy traffic due to a music festival, Alex was extremely flexible and arrived to our hotel early to get us to the venue on time.

To be fair, I did not get to use their limo service... so this is a review of the professionalism and responsiveness. A friend had booked with them and was in contact, so I reached out for an additional date. I reached out 4 separate times via different channels. Not a single response. BAD BUSINESS.

When I had the friend in contact check on the date, they responded right away saying they were unavailable. The least you could do is respond to one of my many inquiries saying that they are not available that day. There are plenty of other companies out there, use one who cares enough to respond

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you're prepared to be cheated and lied to and left last minute without a vehicle, by all means, go for it! If not, quite honestly a pedicab would be more reliable and efficient than this sad excuse for a business.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. We booked this company for prom and got a great deal. However, they never sent any sort of confirmation so today we call and they say that they have never talked to us before (even though that it utterly untrue), never had our reservation, and have no limos available - all days before prom. I would never, ever, ever recommend this company to ANYONE. We were treated horribly, which just reflects on their poor customer service. I'm shocked it has any positive reviews at all. My opinion? Spend the extra money to get good a good limo company and do not even consider

BEWARE!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! Booked ahead of time using groupon and called prior to the event to confirm. We were told they had no idea who we were and were left without a limo last minute presumably because they were able to book our limo for full price instead. Wow great business practice congrats for screwing over your clients. These owners are greedy and thoughtless, so do yourself a favor and don't even get involved with this company and spare yourself the headache.

Alex was an excellent driver. We had a group of 8 going from San Francisco into Napa for the day. He arrived early, was very courteous and we had a great experience. We agreed on a price before the trip (inclusive of tip, fees, etc.) and it was very reasonable. I would definitely use SFC again!

SFC is by far the best limo service I've ever used in the Bay Area. I first booked them in 2012 and just had the chance to use again for an entire day in SF last weekend and to the airport. Alex was so helpful and even made some extra stops for us. He was friendly and was always just a minute away when we called to be picked up. The service, experience and rates at SFC are better and more competitive than any other Limo service I've checked out in the Bay Area. I highly recommend SFC and Alex the owner is great!

Just had such a great experience for our wine tasting trip. He arrived on time, knew all of our destinations, and was overall the best limo driver I've had in a really long time. I've always had to haggle with the diver at the end of a trip for extra fees or tips. With Alex the price was exactly what he quoted when we spoke on the phone. So refreshing. Would absolutely use again. Thank you!

We had an exceptional experience. We took an 8 hour Napa tour from San Francisco. Our driver Alex was so nice and flexible. The limo was clean. The price was almost half of everyone else we contacted. We would recommend them hands down!

I first used SFC Limo with a Groupon in March 2012. Since then, I book them for all my airport transportation, transport to football game at Candlestick Park and a wine tour in Livermore. For the past year, I have booked for 2 trips back/forth to San Francisco Airport In the bay area. They are reasonably priced and easy to book (just text!). I won't use anyone else. Alex, and all his drivers are on time and professional. The cars and limo are clean and comfortable. I am disappointed with the other reviews on this site. I recommend you try them yourself then decide.

I've read the negative reviews for this place. I had a different experience with Alex. I found him to be responsive and pleasant to deal with. We ran over my scheduled time and he gave me a small discount. I had reserved a town car and they showed up in a BMW 7 series. It was a bit more cramped than the Lincoln but everything worked out. I'd use them again.

I called on Sunday to confirm availability on the date needed & was told there was plenty. So I bought a Groupon and called to schedule the reservation. Well, once I called he was going to schedule it, as soon as I said it was a groupon deal...he suddenly changed his mind and said he has no availability. Alex was rude, demeaning and downright disrespectful. Horrible customer service! Don't put your services on Groupon if you can't honor them. UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't use this company!

Add me to the list of people who used the travelzoo voucher and was not provided with the promised experience. My best friend arranged our trip back in february when the deal was purchased and followed up with SFC limos a few days before the excursion to go over the details and make sure we were all on the same page. At this point in time, everything was still great according to the company. 3 included tastings, and we could stop anywhere else we wanted within the time allotted.

Fast forward to the day of our event. As we were getting into the limo, we ask about how we go about telling

If you have a travelzoo voucher- be prepared to pay ALL the tasting fees even though it's clear on the voucher that they are included. They try to get around it by saying the fee will be taken off wine purchased, but that was only the case with one of the wineries we went to.

Of course they didn't tell us this until we were getting in the limo in San Francisco. Rather than make the situation uncomfortable for my friends, I just decided to roll with it. So, this review is really 2.5 stars, which is an average of the driver, Lester, getting 5 stars, and the customer service/truth in advertising for the company and its owner, Alex, getting ZERO stars. Almost negative stars.

I purchased a TravelZoo voucher for this limo service for a discounted Sonoma Wine Tour. It clearly stated on the voucher that the day would include 6 hours of limo service stopping at 4 predetermined wineries INCLUDING TASTINGS, SNACKS, a bottle of sparkling wine, and bridge toll. I too purchased the Groupon Deal. (Great deal by the way). Myself and 5 friends took the Sonoma Wine Tour offered, as we knew little about the coastal wines. We had a fantastic time!

Our driver was Lester. He couldn't have been more knowledgable about the area or which wineries to take us to. He even recommended two that were a little off the beaten path but produced both incredible wines and stunning views. Lester completely made the trip for us! It was like having your Uncle take you on a roadtrip...pointing out "Giant Balls of Twine" and The Worlds Largest Stuffed Squirrel

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. You would expect that a Limo service, like a cab service, would be able to get from point A to point B without totally losing their tempers- this was not the case with SFC. I mean, our directions were not hard: go from Occidental to a few well-known wineries in Russian River valley. And we were a very polite company to drive around- no swearing or yelling - nope, it was the driver that was the rowdy one.
