I first encountered Dr Barrugas office with the need of getting help and a opinion. I had a crown that broke off and I was in no pain because of it. However going into his office I was delighted with his staff and the way the office appeared. Shortly afterwards, Dr Barruga came in and looked at my situation. He gave me the advice I was looking for and made arrangements for my return for further care. The people were friendly and efficient. They got me in on time. They sent me reminders and even called to remind me of my appt.. At that time I asked to tell me how much I would have to pay. They said ballpark was $120 but I figured $200. When I went to pay it was $419!!!! I was in shock and I told them that was not the quote. After a short run around they took $30 off. Now I'm getting emails from their billing center called DEMANDFORCE and still owe them almost $200.
I don't like their business practice and feel like it was a bait and switch scam.

Three years later... still have the temporary upper rack you provided ☠️ implants for the bottom never fit...@50 adjustments later you finally had to have them remade 🤖.!?!

Outside of waiting for an appt. Once obtained an appt the staff was very congenial.There was minimal wait time before being taking back to the dental chair. Xrays completed on affected on teeth. Greeting from the Dentist was very Cordial. And After the initial exam, the dentist suggested a full exam w a care plan. Once Full exam completed w informed me of the care plan & prices. Never did the dentist put pressure on me to go forward w a care plan I could not afford. Offered step by step solution to completion, at my comfort. Very Thankful for all the knowledge they supplied me with.

Thunder Mountain Dentistry has by far provided me with the best experience of visiting a dental office. The staff have always treated me with hospitality, and know me by name as soon as I walk through the door. All of my appointments are made catered toward my convenience. Dr. Barruga has always done an amazing job concerning my dental care. When first visiting the office I was self conscious about showing my teeth to anyone. Now I want to smile and show my teeth to everyone. I 100 percent recommend Thunder Mountain Dentistry to anyone who cares about their dental hygiene.

I had a great experience at Thunder mountain Dentistry. They text me information as well as reminded me of my appointment. I loved the hygienist as he was kind and thorough. The dentist was very professional and the staff happy and welcomed you with kindness and a mask!

Every experience I've had with Thunder Mountain Dental has been great. They've all been so nice. They are very prompt also. If you go at your appointment time they will take you in within a couple minutes. There's no long waiting times, which I love. Plus if you need a quick emergency visit they take you in fast. If you need a simple appointment but need it now, to maybe get something adjusted or whatever, you can usually get one the next day. They've been really great. I love them.
