Customer service is terrible. Company takes and holds your money instead of paying when they should. I would recommend never to use this company. Then final payment is held longer causing issues for us. They do not want to make things right!

Don’t do it..you will be misled!!! I was told my account was going to be debit for half the amount of my note bi-weekly. Oh but to my surprise they debit my account for the full amount instead. When requested to close my account and get a refund they stated it will be two weeks before I receive a paper check. Wait…what, so not only did they inconvenience me by debiting my account for more than what was stated now they saying I have to wait two weeks to get my money back…wow!!! I asked you cannot credit my account since you debt from it?! The answer was no. Not a good reputation of helping

Payment is due the 27th of every month. My payment was mailed on more than one occasion on the 27th. Resulting in me getting phone calls and text messages from the lender about my payment being past due. Cancelled service after just a few months. Still waiting on the other half of my last payment to arrive. Claimed to have mailed out on the 27th of December. It’s now jan 5. Still getting calls about the missing half. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not trust your payment with this company. It would be unfortunate to have a late/missed payment on your credit report because the third party

I'd never heard of or used this service until today and I had a good experience today. I read other reviews and I can understand how confusing this can be. I asked a lot of questions to Carlos Cordona and he answered all of them fully, no holds barred with our conversation. But, I, like others writing reviews, have had bad experiences in the past with companies and I wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered. So far, so good. So do not go through this company .it's a scam .bad experience. Canceled service on the 20th today's the 31st and called to find out what happened to the $562 they took out . And why I haven't received the refund yet and they told me yes the service is has been canceled since the 20th but no check has been issued yet . Call back on on the 3rd . Like are you serious.

All 1-800 number calls are suspicious but after a brief waiting period (maybe 90 seconds or so) Paul greeted me to conduct a follow up welcome call. He relayed some very important information and was polite, professional, and personable. He rendered 5-STAR service in the process. Thank you for a delightful and pleasant experience.

Worst Customer Service EVER. I have been trying to contact someone at this place through both email and phone (3 emails/7 phone calls and the first 3 phone calls I was on hold for 2.5 hrs each with no one answering) to arrange to make 7 months worth of payments ahead and them not take any money out of my account for that 7 months. I know it can be done. The last bank I had my other car through did it with no problem. In my emails to this place I have requested a response and left my number in a phone message 7 times. Once

After having them taking double the the amount of what our payment was, taking payments when there were none scheduled, ( for double the amount)not refunding the correct amount, having to deal with several people none of who knew what the last person did. I have canceled this account. This is not our first vehicle payment with them and used to love them but this is a huge issue that they refused to rectify. It also caused us a financial hardship. Not sure when they went so down hill. If you don’t live on a budget and don’t have to watch your money then absolutely go with this company otherwise
