Broadway Villa Post Acute is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, located next to Adele Harrison Middle School on the south end of beautiful Sonoma, CA. We feature 144 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. I recently spent 4 days here rehabbing my fractured hip. They took excellent care of me until I was well enough to go home. Big things to the nurses and staff you guys are wonderful. Special thanks to Laura, she made the transaction for me going in there wonderful. And also a special thanks to Rosa, you are so kind and you have a huge heart thank you

I have been working in the Skilled Nursing world for over 16 years and I have been in and out of all of the Skilled Nursing buildings in the North Bay and most of them in the East and South Bay. What Broadway offers that no one else does.... amazing staff that provide quality care. From the day I walked in for my initial interview .... I saw that. Friendly staff. Happy staff. Strong leadership. This equates to quality care for each and every resident. I recommend them highly for a wonderful place to work.

I DO NOT recommend this place for anyone. The day shift were very nice to my father, but the night shift the staff didn't speak English and when my dad would hit the call light they would walk by and turn it off and keep walking. They did not give my father his medication as the doctor prescribed: it was either not enough or too much.
One day I came to visit him and he had a huge bump and bruise on his head; bruises on his shoulder and his entire right side. I asked my dad what happen, he did not remember, when I asked the staff they stated that he fell out of his wheel chair. No one called us
