I didn't completely feel at ease during my consultation. For the most part, my questions were answered but the nurse just seemed bored and didn't seem to have the best social connection with me. I feel like I did most of the talking (nervous babble, I guess) and just received short answers. Decided not to to do the procedure because reviews don't always mean everything.

I purchased a package for 8 laser hair removal treatments. I showed up to all my treatments when I was supposed to. After my last appointment I was burned pretty bad and after I healed all my hair grew back. The treatments made no difference. I sent them an email with photos and recieved one response, "are you even a patient of ours?" I responded with my name and phone number and then I never received another email, phone call or anything. I understand the laser didn't work, ok. I'm frustrated with how it was handled. I don't recall being told in the beginning that the lasers might not work at

Great results, great value, great knowledge and it’s very comfortable during the process. Not just because it doesn’t really hurt but because Nicole that does my procedures is professional and makes me at ease. It’s never fun being undressed for an appointment and I forget in a few seconds that’s the case as it’s done!
Also on a tight schedule- I’m always in and out on schedule. I never have to wait past my scheduled time.

I have been a customer for at least 2 years and their pricing is just as equal as their service: 5 stars. I have quite a bit of experience with laser from SoCal to the Pacific NW and NW Laser & Skin care has the prior ones beat…by far. Additionally, the staff is pleasant. I always enjoy seeing Nicole (the esthetician). Her demeanor is positive and professional.
