We are located in beautiful Southwest Colorado near Mesa Verde National Park. Our studio space, conveniently located in downtown Cortez is grand in size and stature, yet a safe and comfortable place to practice. We offer special events, workshops, massage therapy, and a full schedule of weekly yoga and Pilates classes.

Absorbed in the images before me, I visualize my success.
