If I could give below 1 star I would. They called saying they would be coming to our property within the hour. I was doing working in the garage, the front yard, and our courtyard. The tech "Steve" never came, in fact, they have a GPS tracker that showed it was at a park the whole time. Then all of the sudden, I get text messages saying that my issue would have to be resolved at a later time. So I go ahead and call the company, the phone operator was incredibly aggressive with me basically saying I wasn't at the property, yet no one even showed up to the property.
