Our owner Jason worked for a local gutter cleaning & pressure washing company for several years before starting his own business in 2010 after his previous employer moved out of state. Jason started out doing all jobs by himself in a small truck. Working part time jobs until going full time 2012, Jason hired his first long term employee over the summer of 2013.
Once your new 30 year roof is installed, spores can travel from nearby algae growth and begin infesting your roof. The algae starts growing and can't be seen for many years. Around to 5-10 years into the life of the roof, you will begin to notice black stains and streaks, especially on the shaded areas of the roof.
Our Soft Wash Detergents safely treat algae infestation on your siding, soffit and fascia! Our Basic House Wash thoroughly cleanses your home from mold, mildew and dirt washing from the top to bottom. The Basic Wash is our most economical plan, perfect for those on a budget.
Our Premium House Wash includes the same mold removal process as our basic plan but adds hand scrubbing of the gutters to remove black stains and streaks caused by shingle runoff, in addition to coating the base of your home with a powerful detergent to remove red clay and rust stains.In addition, we clean small front and back porches from ceiling to rails and floors and clean your sidewalks and walkways.

Exterior gutters commonly have two different types of staining. The first type, are gutters that are stained with mold; this appears as black or green mold on the exterior surface. Mold can be removed easily with a basic wash, using detergents and low pressure. The other type of staining on exterior gutters, is streaks (also know as tiger striping) which are caused by rainwater washing over the gutters.
Windows give you a beautiful view the outside world but can become dirty quickly, hampering your view. We use the latest technology to clean your windows, a system that takes regular tap water a filters the water until it is 100% pure. The water spots left behind when typically cleaning are actual the minerals present in the water, once those are filtered out the water will evaporate perfectly clear.

I hired this firm to wash interior and exterior windows in a home I had just purchased. They deserve kudos for addressing my initial dissatisfaction with the first crew's workmanship. Jeff W., sales manager, contacted me immediately (after I posted a 1-star review) and wanted to know all the details. When I shared them with him, he offered to make it right. I took him up on that offer. Today, a second crew from HydroClean - Bill and Thomas - came to the house and re-did *every* window - inside and out. I hired them to clean our gutters for $300 a few weeks ago. A few days later, I discovered shingle grit on my window sills. I went up the ladder to take a look and there's still lots of grit inside my gutters. I contacted HydroClean twice over the last few weeks. No reply and no offer to make it right. I hired someone else to do the job, then I posted this review.
I received a call the day after posting this review. The caller said he'd talk to the boss. Next call, he told me that they have so many positive reviews that they don't care about mine. Wow! So you don't actually care about making things

Often companies drive around our neighborhood and put cards or ads on our newspaper boxes. Fine. Not these guys, they put a binder clip on their advertisement for weight, and then litter them all over your neighborhood, knowing conscientious neighbors will pick them up. Who does that?!?? I was behind you in the car and watched you do it. I picked up about 10 of them on my walk. I’d never call this company.please stop.
