This was my family's first time using Kirk's and we just want to thank you for giving us such a great experience. We had an issue with our vehicle and had to have it towed and am so glad it was Kirk's. Amazing customer service from start to finish. They explained everything we needed to do to get the process finished up as quick as possible. They know how to run a business. Thanks Kirk's.

Matt the driver was so careful and cautious about getting my car out of my yard. It rolled backwards and got stuck on top of a deer fence and the front tire was hinged on a stone wall. He called another tow truck to assist so that they could remove the car without doing any more damage. They were extremely successful! And the most thoughtful part of the service was when he returned an hour or so with grass seed to fill in the divots their truck left in the grass!

Driver, Bill, Was very professional and friendly, handled everything and gave us re assurance on what would happen next. Nina was amazing and walked me through the process and what needed to be done moving forward. She was more than happy to help me figure things out and I am very grateful for that. I highly recommend Kirk’s Autobody. They are professional and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process when I needed my car towed. The owner Bill was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. The receptionist Linda was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. They are fair with pricing. Unfortunately I was in a pretty rough accident involving black ice. I walked away from it miraculously with a concussion, some minor issues and bruises of course. I am a single mother and it could not have come at a worse time for us. Facing the fact that it was a total loss in which towing was not covered , I was at a loss and besides myself. However the Ladies I dealt with were absolutely wonderful. They understood the dire situation I found myself in and they worked with me, and believed me when I wanted to take care of my debt to them. Kirk’s held an honorable line with compassion. My friend was driving my husband’s car and the police towed it to Kirk’s after it was totaled. Kirk’s held to their clearly displayed policies while acting with understanding. They helped to advise me to get the most money back for my circumstances including buying our car, directing us the AAA benefits we may have, and being flexible with payments. These guys are great. Did some repair work on my old car after an accident. Got the car back looking brand new, drives great, and everyone was super friendly.

What an awful experience in the snow. I called Kirks and was price a quote over the phone then when they came it was $125 just to be pulled out of a ditch. Then the guy wouldn't take my vehicle to my home. On top of that he called the police and gave them my license without even letting me know. So the police and Kirks auto works together. I even overheard the police tell him we don't do business like that. Then I asked the guy to check my car to make sure everything was okay. He just looked and said , it's okay! I had to drive back home with a vehicle that shook for 30 minuets

I have taken every vechicle that has need body work to Kirk's for years and years. The atmosphere at Kirk's is one of a family run bussiness. Recently I had to repair a fender bender. They certainly treat you with prompt respectful attention. Their work is outstanding! When we got our Ford Edge back you couldn't even tell it was hit! The gaps… between the door and fender were perfectly aligned and painted like factory. They even DETAILED the car when completed! Their turn around time was astounding considering the icy and snowy weather!

We had been warned about having to deal with Kirk's Auto Body from neighbors and local businesses. People were not understating the snide and slimy attitude of the entire Kirk crew. It seems as if they have some nefarious methods of keeping themselves in business. If you are so unfortunate as to have a collision and you are forced to deal with Kirk's Auto Body due to their LONG-STANDING "arrangement" with township supervisor members, then be prepared to be fleeced by some nasty looking individuals. Quick estimate at their facility, after a phone call. They worked with both my insurance and myself to get everything done. Work took less time than expected, they worked direct with insurance to a get supplemental claim filed. Bill took time to explain the estimate and work to me, MUCH more personable and articulate than a few other shops I've used over the years. The office staff was fantastic, and extremely responsive. My car was purchased as certified pre-owned from a Ford dealer, and my car looks better now than when I got it thanks to Kirk's!!! I highly recommend them.

Husband got into a car accident last month and the police officer suggested that we get it towed to Kirks. We are new to the area and took the advice and was very happy. Our Lexus sustained a good amount of damage and the insurance company deemed it to be saved. Kirks called to let us know they were going to start the repair and assisted when needed. When the work took a little bit longer (1 month), they picked up the bill. I just received a follow-up call today and I was pleased to see they checked up. The car looks amazing and it is running well so far. Highly recommended.
