Great visit last Friday. Their new virtual eye exam is awesome. The ladies who cared for my visit were amazing. Very professional and were truly interested in me getting the best glasses for my extreme nearsightedness! I can’t wait to get my new glasses with the new prescription. My family and I have been going to Dr. Brown for our eye care needs for over fifteen years. His staff is welcoming, and his modern office is inviting. Dr. Brown is thorough and he takes the time to address your eye care concerns. He provides explanations in a way that is easily understood. I have gone to several different optometrist over the years where I felt like I was just another patient. Where I walked in and was just another chart number and dollar sign to uncaring doctors and staff. Then I walked into Dr. Brown’s Eyecare! Immediately, I felt like I was one of the family! They called me by name, walked me through every step of the exam, and laid out a plan to help me reach healthy goals for my vision. In fact, I have several eye care professionals in my hometown of Macon, Georgia that I can use, but prefer to drive the two hours to LaGrange just to see this amazing team

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown's for years so, naturally, when my daughter began to have trouble with her eyesight, I called to schedule her an appointment. This was back in May.
Since then, her appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled three times. Her eyesight has definitely not improved in this time, and the staff is so unprofessional when I have to reschedule when they call to cancel.
There is no remorse. They act as if they couldn't care less. Today, I was actually hung up on the first time I called and had to call back, just to be told it would be another TWO months before they

Horrible. It took me 3 months to get an appointment. I showed up at 11 am for my appointment and the doctor was not working this day. After apologizing they stated that they had sent text messages to all. They then offered to reschedule the appointment by putting me and apparently everyone else to the end of the line and stated that it would be at least 2 or 3 months before I could be seen again.
Another thing to be aware of: yes they sent text messages the day before. They sent a group message to 8 people. That meant my phone number was given to 7 strangers. That is an unacceptable personal privacy

Dr. Brown has the greatest equipment and will show you great pics of your eye And explain everything to you. He does a great job of subscribing glasses and contacts. He was great when he was at Walmart but, has even better equipment at his new place. He has taken care of my two children's eyes since they were little!!! He is an exceptional Dr. !!
