Q: What kinds of doctors serve your patients and residents? A: Lee has its own team of physicians, plus a medical director and other contracted physicians, such as podiatrists, to help meet your needs. Q: Do you offer outpatient services? A: We currently serve the needs of inpatient rehabilitations, and do not currently offer outpatient services.
Lee offers long-term residential care that provides all the comfort and care of home. All our locations provide the amenities and programs of a retirement community, from specially prepared meals, to stimulating activities, to attractively designed community areas and apartments. But Lee Health & Rehab Center augments these features with the specialized health care many communities cannot offer.

I have worked in health care for 20 plus years and Lee Health and Rehab Center is by far the best nursing facility I have ever worked for. The central focus of our home is family. Our leadership team plays an integral part in maintaining relationships that keep our management, employees and residents included and on the same page. I would recommend Lee Health and Rehab Center to anyone for their loved one or as a place of employment.

I can't thank this facility enough for getting my mom into their rehab . She worked hard and was able to come home on time. They took excellent care of her and they treated us like family. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. I would chose it again if needed. So glad we have this place so close to home.

In my own own personal opinion, it has been nothing short of an amazing place for my family members. The staff, in its entirety not only showed their dedication, but went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free as possible. Their is a lot of love in this place and it clearly shows. Even during the time I worked at Lee Health and Rehab, I was able to see the dedication and persision first hand. People are not just patients they are residents, it is their home away from home. You can really rest easy knowing your family member is getting

My father was in Lee Health for rehab on two separate occasions. He was in other homes but this home stood out far more than any other I have ever been at. The most family oriented places ever. Made my family feel at home from day one. Always happy to help from nursing to the business office. The team there needs a big pat on the back.
