Emerald City Inspections, LLC has completed inspections for many different types of homes, ranging from newer properties to some historic homes that are almost 100 years old. Each property is thoroughly inspected - including all structural, electrical, air conditioning and plumbing systems. Our comprehensive report clearly documents our observations with detailed comments as well as appropriate color photos.

I’ve been with Home Inspector Pro, software since 2015, been on Home Inspector Pro office for eight or nine months, it is the best system I’ve ever seen or worked with. There is no way you can compete with their service, if you have a problem either though chat, or Facebook group, or Dominic himself will answer your questions. I would recommend them to anybody that is serious about doing a good job at home inspecting. Hands-down.

Home Inspector Pro has customer service bar none! I am DEEPLY IMPRESSED by the staff's quick replies, thorough helpfulness, and how they make sure you are taken care of. I have been using this software for over five years and I would not trade it for anything. There are tutorials, chats, and gees, just about anything you can think of. I would DEFINITELY recommend this report-writing software to everyone. If you are not using HIP, I HIGHLY recommend switching over. The mobile app is awesome, easy to use, and has a plethora of tools at your disposal. The only complaint I have is...NONE!!!! How come

After using simply everybody's trial inspection reporting programs, and buying and trying two others, I started using HomeInspectorPro.
