We are senior's and on the first visit they recommended a type of insurance coverage we had no knowledge of. Has really helped cut costs. Our last dentist used it, but never suggested it to me. I know because I looked it up in the Company's registry. Anyway, my husband and myself have had a lot of work done since they opened and haven't had any complaints. They do good work, have state of the art equipment, and everyone is so personable.

I never like to write negative reviews for anyone especially during a pandemic however, I will make an exception for Hickory Creek Dental. What I am amazed at, is all these positive reviews on a weekly basis. I went to this office 2 times and both times was treated poorly so I think these reviews are made up or the office offers begs patients to submit positive ones. Well each patient can make their own decision once there. My personal experience was horrible from the minute I walked in. The paperwork process was odd and besides one person in the front area, the rest seemed combative. The dentist

Zero stars for the dental practice. I don't normally post any reviews but for this establishment, I felt it was necessary. The front office staff is horrible to deal with and billing is just as bad. I feel that I was discriminated due to the color of my skin, especially by someone named, Sam who acted as if she owned the practice. She was so disrespectful to me and my 2 sons. She spoke to me as if I was garbage and that is totally unacceptable I will never return and do not recommend them to anyone.

This place is the worst! They charged me $100 on top of what my insurance would cover, they decided to send me another bill in the mail a month later. I’m baffled how this place is in-network with my insurance. When I went in for just a cleaning and a check-up I told them that I only wanted what my insurance would cover PERIOD. This place is great… with tacking on add on’s that seem unnecessary. I asked them that I wanted to receive ALL my records before I'd send them a check to pay my new bill. They said they would send my records then said that all the x-ray magically can't
