The Coleman Creek staff found solutions to any and all of the issues that we encountered with our old house and they got them resolved quickly and easily. They also helped us with everything from picking out flooring and tile to choosing lighting fixtures and appliances. They were there for us every step of the way.
Coleman Creek Construction is a full service, one-stop installation and maintenance company for mini-split systems in the Rogue Valley. Ductless mini-split heating and cooling systems help reduce your carbon footprint while ensuring optimal comfort and saving you money year-round. Each unit works independently so you can heat and cool rooms as needed rather than wasting energy moderating the temperature throughout the whole house.

We like to take on a variety of projects. Everything from small projects such as adding a deck to designing and building a new custom home. Here's the thing. Everyone says they do it differently, but do they really? Isn't one established construction company just as good as another? We don't think so.
We employ a team of some of the most talented professionals in the Rogue Valley. Fantastic crew to work with! I submitted my inquiry to see if Coleman would have availability/be a good fit to have them do remodel work on our house. They responded the SAME DAY and were very professional. Great at following up, and did excellent work. I'm attaching quite a bit of photos to demonstrate the absolute phenomenal work they do. 10/10 recommend!

We hired Coleman Creek Construction for a fairly extensive remodel of our 3BR 1900 sf home. Michael and his team did an outstanding job. We'v e remodeled a number of homes over the years, and this was by far the easiest and most professional experience we've had. Communication was excellent and we were kept well informed despite being 2,000 miles away. The project was on time and very close to on budget. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a firm that would do a complete kitchen remodel plus a new driveway ,steps and some custom bookcases. We could not have found a better company. We wanted to do this work while we were out of state so we needed someone who communicates well and is very organized. We couldn’t have found a better company. They communicate through a website called Basecamp so every Friday we received photos of the weeks progress; the site also generates emails to the sub-contractors and project managers so everyone gets the same message. We both knew from our first meeting with Michael, Bill and Tammy that they were the ones we wanted to build our home. We had interviewed other builders and architects before meeting with them and there was absolutely no comparison. We were treated as people and not just as another client.
