Fountain Blue is a Rehabilitation and Care Center serving the Macon and surrounding communities, since its establishment in 1965. Conveniently located off Route 75, Fountain Blue is an easily accessed center that delivers care quality by a full complement of professionals. Our center offers short, long term, palliative and respite stays.
The center has rehabilitation, medically complex and long term care units. Our mission is to create a home where patients, employees and community form relationships that individuality, personal integrity and service to each other. We are a 97 bed facility nestled in a country-like setting conveniently located between Macon and Warner Robins.

Since our very beginning our foundation has always been our heart, our dedicated staff, our compassion for others who need it the most, and making people well again!. We have a strong network of ALF's and PCH's in the area if person can't go home after receiving skilled therapy. We have strong connections with home health agencies to meet the specialized services at home upon discharge for ALL payor types and insurances.
