Amazing service and support of your health needs. They can custom make formulas that work specifically for you. Dr. Frazer has been super helpful and referred me to his hormone specialist Karen after what my OB prescribed wasn't cutting it. She is wonderful to work with and knows her stuff. Took my mom to go pick up a prescription. Lobby door propped open 72 year old mother begins to proceed in. Secretary yells lobby closed do not come in RUDLY. I then ask what would you like us to do then to pick up a prescription. She again yells lobby closed and rudely walks up to us MASK in hand never covers her face what do you need. Long story short the whole conversation and treatment was uncalled for. I at one time tell her calm down and cover her face as well her husband just had open heart surgery yesterday and if you wish to treat us like “germs” with our masks on then politely due

Staff is ok but sometimes doesn't follow thru with their job. I received a text to call if I wanted a script filled. I did that same day. Two days later I called back to see if it was ready. They said I never called back. Another time I had to call 4 days after one was sent and they said we sent a text it was ready. I never got it..it seems like the staff working there are undepedable..I shouldn't have to worry if they will do their job it's not like I'm ordering pizza. I need my meds filled
