The foot softening treatment was an added benefit and the aroma therapy was just what I needed. The heated massage bed was a plus and the skilled hands, great music and wonderful staff makes me want to return frequently and bring others.

This place is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not waste your money! I had a massage scheduled and when I arrived to the appointment NO ONE WAS THERE. The door was locked & all the lights off. Tried calling to see what was going on and the owner picks up the phone on the third try! Only to blame someone else saying "oh no she left!?" Don't get your hopes up with booking a massage here I would strongly suggest going and spending your money somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at this massage parlor. The owner was so kind as to allow me to take a quick shower after playing a round of golf. I was sweaty and smelly and wanted to be clean for my message. She really worked some of my troubled spots and even identified a few others that were tense too. This is an owner occupied business and you can tell she puts her heart into her work.

I found this place on Yelp. I walked in without an appointment and was lucky enough to have no wait for a massage. Since it was my first time I received an introductory rate of 59.99 for an hour massage. The owner was lovely and knowledgeable. The facility was beautiful, the tables are heated and hydraulic. Give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed

While trying to make an appointment the person that answered the phone was extremely rude. She REFUSED to give me an appointment for a Saturday when I told her that I had a coupon from Groupon. I told her that due to my work schedule Saturday was the only day I can go. She said they are not a charity and have full paying customers on Saturdays.

I bought a coupon from Groupon and I went to this spa for an appointment, yet nobody was there. It was closed. I found another lady waiting for her appointment. The waiting room was shared with different offices, so I could hear from the next door that this happens quite often.
I waited there for half an hour, but nobody showed up and I was very upset. So, I called this spa later that afternoon. A lady answered the phone but didn't apologize for what happened. The worse thing was that she just told me to get a refund.
Surprisingly enough, that was not the end of the story.

I called before buying my Groupon to see if they were available. The receptionist, with a frustrated tone, told me she tells everyone all the time to buy the Groupon before booking an appointment. I told her that I wanted to call before because I don't want to purchase one and not be able to redeem it at the time I wanted.
She said, "Just buy it. Anyways we are open today".

STELLAR!! I'm almost reluctant to write this review because I fear that I'm about to expose a best kept secret. But this massage was so good that it would be unjust not to spread the good word. The massage therapist took the time to ask questions about my stress points and experience with massage, then was very attentive to understanding what was going on with my body.
It have getting messages relatively regularly for over 20 years, and this one was a next level eye-opener.

Most unprofessional and rude women at the front desk. I cancelled as soon as I booked simply because of how this women was speaking to me. I'm not sure what I interrupted but she had zero interest in taking my call and booking my appointment. So eager to get off the phone after insulting me she actually hung up on me.

I would give zero stars if I could. I just moved to Maplewood and was looking for a local spa for massage therapy. I found Massage Supreme Spa through Yelp, read their reviews and checked out their website. I called and the voicemail said to leave a message or go online to book an appointment. At around 3:00 this afternoon, I booked an appointment online for 6:30. I showed up 15 minutes early, as instructed by the confirmation email I received upon booking. Door locked. I'd give them a minus 1 if I could and thats before I even try any of their services. I called to book an appointment and the lady who answered was so Rude and unprofessional! she was talking to other staff members and laughing with them while I was still on the phone! They don't seem to care about new customers, she actually said it herself "You can go somewhere else" She also gave me different prices than the ones shown on their website, and she had a sarcastic rude attitude about everything i said. she said things like "Can't you read on the website" or "

This is not just a relaxing massage, but an excellent therapeutic massage. Having had two massages with Seji, I can recommend her without hesitation. Having a muscle pull, she was able to truly provide relief. I have had many massages at many places at different prices, and this is one of the best at one of the most reasonable prices.
The office itself shares space with both a doctor's and lawyer's office, but the massage rooms themselves are nicely appointed, quiet and have soft, pleasant, relaxing music. You can make appointments online, they text message, and they send emails

I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated I highly recommend Massage Supreme Spa to everyone, especially if you are looking for a nice deep, relaxing massage and great customer service. I definitely plan to return. Segie spent just the right amount of time on my most problematic area and made sure to also work in the rest of the body which is important for overall relief.
