First time going to this place and I'm glad I did! Super friendly and welcoming staff. I had my acrylics removed and a gel manicure. It was done quickly but not rushed. Definitely pleased with the outcome and recommend to anyone who might be skeptical about going to a new place. I don't get my nails done too often but the next time I do I will definitely be going back!

So I got my nails done there about 2-3 weeks ago and at the 2 week mark I took the polish off so that I could paint them myself again. Well once I took the polish off it looked as if I had acrylics and my nails are now so brittle and break so easily. I’ve always had very healthy strong nails but now they are damaged and brittle. I’ve had my nails done professionally a few times and it has never been like this. Will never come back.

All of the techs are amazing and they're all very welcoming!
The prices are really fair, and they definitely take there time making sure the customer is pleased.

At first I thought it was all going okay until I still had stuff around and under my nails not cleaned up that well, but it was cleaned supposedly because they were done. So I mentioned it and got them touched up and I just wasn’t fond unfortunately. I felt confident at first with how much my friend told me about them. But afterwards I just wasn’t feeling it and the design by far was rushed. Just wasn’t what I thought or expected. I am sure they do better work, so definitely not saying that, and everyone has their days. But I definitely wasn’t feeling these nails or the time they put into

My nails have never looks so gorgeous and cared for to include the pedicure I got which has lasted me for a month now and they still look anew. The nail techs are amazing, kind, know their knowledge with the tools they use, and their area is very clean and organized. The pictures below are my nails when I got my full dip acrylic set and when I got them removed. I really couldn’t have asked for any place better.

My friend and I went to get our nails done. Her customer service was amazing!!!! Mine was fine. Just my guy didn't talk to me but he did his thang so I'm really not trippin like that. But my friends nail before we even hit 24 hours. Which is not okay. So we just came back up here and he's charging her another $5 for them to replace it. Great place. Some of the co-workers are careless when they are doing their jobs. But if you don't care then that's fine, however that bothers me. Other than that like I said it's a great place. They place instrumental music in the background

Jessica is amazing. So far I've only gotten acrylics done by her. No pedicures. I went in with a broken nail. And she raplaced it about 3 weeks ago and it's still going on strong. I would only get my nails done by her. She knows all the trendy shapes and she's really good with designs! Here's my 3 week old nails.

Ive been here 2 times and the shaping of the nail is good but the nail itself has no dimension & flat. They over charge for everything. I payed $60 total the first time for a FILL with 2 accent nails on each hand. More like a Full set price. The 2nd time i went i payed a total of $80 for a full set; stiletto, 1 nail design on each hand & a small stone on 4/5 fingers on each hand that ended up coming off in 4 days. Price doesnt really match the quality

Great place !!! i needed a nail place to go to and this was the only one open on sunday. they were short staffed so they had a waiting time and we waited 30 min and came back and he did our pedicure and then we both got full sets. the sets were $30 and since i got long coffin nails, mine were $40 but that is still cheap so i was very happy with the pricing. they did a great job on our nails and the nail tech was super funny and nice and he did anything i asked him to. he made sure i liked the nails and that the water wasn't too hot. this was a great place to go too. they got us done fast

I went to this place with Hugh hopes, just after moving to Jacksonville. I went in to get acrylics with gel polish. The guy redid two of my nails before he let me pay, which I liked at first because I thought it meant he was really particular about having good work. HOWEVER. I was wrong. I had to come back the very next day because the gel polish was already coming off. He redid the nails that were messed up, and he used a different lamp saying that "Oh, that other lamp was old, this one should work now", and then off I went. I felt a little iffy at this point but it wasn't until

The first photo is my nails from Nail Art located in Wilmington. I loved them but I was in Jacksonville and decided to get a fill-in while there. Unfortunately I don't have a photo, but the nail tech used a different color ombré and you could tell where she added new acrylic. The acrylic also began to lift only a week after getting them done.
Against my better judgement I decided to come in again for another fill-in because I was in Jacksonville

Let me start off by saying that the staff are very friendly and nice! Held conversation and just overall nice! But I didn't have a good experience with how my nails turned out. The first time within half an hour of leaving two of my nails had peeled up (I got acrylic with gel). So I called and they had me come back in right away to fix them and apologized profusely. The UV light that they had used was dying so that made complete sense to me! No big deal, they fixed it and I went on my way. Less than 24 hrs later and three of my nails have peeled and look awful!
