The service department is here is absolutely AWFUL! I called someone last week explaining my car had two lights on and I had gotten someone to read them for me, but I wanted a second opinion. I asked that I be contacted before anything was done that would cost money, just to make sure I would be prepared to pay. I was told someone would contact me the next day. I heard nothing. Then I called and everyone acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about or like the car was even there. Then I was told the battery had died, which the battery had never been an issue. Took my wife to look at the new Grand Cherokee L. I have done a lot of research on the vehicle. We were greeted by a salesman. Terry (salesman) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I have visited several other dealerships and this was the first time that the salesperson knew a lot about this vehicle. The hospitality from the entire staff was outstanding. We purchased the vehicle and had a great experience. Terry and the Sales manager did an awesome job. Highly recommend the Steve White Motors team.

Bought a 2500 Ram in April, process was phenomenal throughout. Now since I own the vehicle, the dealership basically has lost interest in helping myself out with issues that arise, mainly the sales department. Parts department is top notch because I have had to order a few things for my Ram…I always thought once a customer always a customer but I guess not. I wish I could go through another dealership for my warranty issue but I can only use who I bought it through, trying to cancel my policy because I refinanced for a way better rate…need help!
