Spent a long time checking various web designers online as well as contacting them. Many of them did not respond, or did after a few days. I contacted Vocodesign and they were prompt. In spite of the challenges presented by COVID-19 Jason Phegley and his team of professionals designed a website for my new company Pinnacle Reconstruction early summer. I was so impressed that when I opened a second company a few months later I retained them to design the website for Ascendant Association. Through both creations the team accommodated my requests be it layout, color, shade, links or content. Should I have the desire and energy to establish a third company I will definitely commission Voco Design to create yet another website.

Jason did my website and I was initially happy with his work. My website got hacked and he never fixed it and it was down for almost a week. I asked him to refund me the 850 and he still has not refunded me. I would not go back to this company. It has created more stress and I had to find people when I was on vacation to fix it which ruined my vacation.

I highly recommend Voco Design! Jason designed a logo for my new business. I had an idea in mind and he provided 10 different logos to choose from initially. They were all great and it was hard to narrow it down to one. Once I chose one, he made sure I was 100% satisfied with the end product. If you are a small business don't waste your time and money with these people it seems that they don't like caring for small businesses, they will take you money that's for sure!

I did a little mockup of the logo, the next day Jason was presenting a bunch of different concepts, giving me exactly what I had asked for, while also showing me some other ideas. I had a few tweaks, soon after I had the final logo in every format I could ask for.
It's always nice to work with respectful, pleasant people, so all I can do now is pay it forward and refer some folks over their way! They deserve it.

The video game-themed website I work on decided to go with Voco Designs to create a logo for our brand and swap out the imagery on our social media channels and website.
I will say that the final version of the logo turned out great. Its minimalistic style stands out, and it clearly defines our brand.

I found Jason online because I wanted a company that can specialize in making a logo unique to my company. Jason was just the person to do it since he too is a San Francisco native like myself. We initially picked Voco Designs because we loved the samples on their website (check them out!) but ultimately what really impressed us about Jason and his team was the responsiveness and quality of the customer service that we got. And the personal touch. Plus their design ideas were great - they took the simple concepts we had and improved them with some nice insight into our specific marketing needs at the time. All the reviews about this place are correct. Jason and Voco Design & Marketing are the best!! They did our website here at Sofa Creations. I didn't know what I wanted, Jason and his team came up with a bunch of different designs and I picked one and tweaked it a bunch from there. The site came out great!! He was very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Voco for whatever your design or marketing needs are. And they pricing was very reasonable.
