Michael Waroff received his CPA license from the State of Florida in 1993 after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Science in Accounting and completing graduate level accounting courses from Florida International University. In addition to running his CPA firm, most recently, Michael has worked in private industry as a Chief Financial Officer for a multi-million dollar construction company in South Florida.

This was my first year in 25+ that I didn't own a S-Corp and was looking forward to finding someone local. I assumed that I would try a few out, the next couple of years and hopefully be lucky enough to find a company that was servicable. For once, I will be able to skip over all of that extra due diligence because I found the right person on the very first try. That NEVER happens, especially for me. I found Mr. Waroff through Google. I had never hired a CPA before so I did not know what to expect. However, he was friendly and explained the whole process to me. His prices were reasonable and he turned around my taxes rather quickly. Not only that, he provided me with advice for the future and asked that I contact him for advice should my situation change. I started using Michael about 5 years ago. He was recommended to me by a friend. He is truly GREAT at what he does. I used HR Block for the 2 years prior to going to him and he amended those returns and found errors which translated into money for me. He is very thorough, on-time with appointments, and gets my return done in minimal time. I rarely recommend people but i would definitely recommend Michael!!!

Michael took over my business bookkeeping and tax work about 6 months ago when my previous bookkeeper passed away. He worked with me and got my books back up to date. He has always been extremely professional with me and easy to work with. He will listen to any questions I have and then explains everything in an easy to understand manner. I hope to continue our business relationship until the time comes that I decide to retire and close my business. Good guy!
