Todd is a second generation builder, who started framing homes with his father in the 70s. He continued to do trim carpentry and mason work, while learning all phases of construction. I have been dealing with H.E. Feldman & Son for over 20 years now. They have built my 1st custom home and recently remodeled my current home adding 2 bedrooms, bath, tile and trim work. The price varies according to the size of your project and the level of finish you want. Typically our clients spend between $200 - $300 per square foot for additions and new home construction. When you are adding onto or remodeling a home in a flood zone, the FEMA 50% rule requires that your project be limited to 50% of the value of the structure on the property.
