Where do I begin. I went to tooth fairy dental back in April as I was having wisdom tooth pain. It was my first time here and went because it was in network with delta dental which was my dental insurance. Upon arrival I got an x-ray and examination of my jaw and dentist determined I needed a wisdom tooth extraction. They did tell me I had to pay upfront due to covid and that they would submit the claim to the insurance in which then I would get reimbursed. I was in the table already so agreed to it as my tooth was bothering me a bit.
