Extremely rude. I have gotten my nails done there twice now and each time they were bad quality. I have been getting the dip powder for years now and they have never looked like this. I will not be going back. Each time the gel on top chipped terribly. This past time I had my nails done for 3 days and the actual gel color is chipping along with the gel peeling. I went back in to have them fixed and the man proceeded to ask me what I did to them and was very unprofessional about it. I have not DONE anything to them. In all the years I’ve had them done they have never looked this bad after 3 days

I always go there have for a long time but today was awful! The one doing my nails was too busy with his phone even put up a video and propped it up so he could watch while working on my nails!! I thought that was very unprofessional and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. He barely acknowledged I was there no small talk nothing! I was very put off by it and am going to think if I’m going back or not.

Appointment was at 2:00pm with D didn’t showed up till 2:45 pm $3 for removing nail color 3.99% for paying with cards never going again that gurl was so rough still gave her $5 tip for pedicures services both toes hurts like crazy terrific experice , staff was eating food coughing in sink where people wash there hands disgusting made appointment for get meni/pedi walked out with only pedi

I got my nails done on Thursday September 2nd and on Sunday September 5th, four nails fell off. I paid $52 plus an $8 tip for 4 nails to fall off less than a week later!! Also the dry machine was broken and wouldn’t turn on, he kept telling me “move closer , push your hand back more into it” my hand was ALL the way in the machine and my nails kept hitting the back of it, he would get mad at me. So it was pretty frustrating, like the machine from 1990s not turning on was my fault. 10/10 DO NOT

For the past year and a half I’ve been a semi-regular at a different nail salon across the street from this one. After waiting entirely too long at the other salon, I decided to give Eagle Nails a try. They put me in a chair instantly on a Saturday at 3pm. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes, but at least I was already in a chair and able to enjoy the massage feature. I wouldn’t be forgotten in my car out in the parking lot. Everyone was so kind, and the nail tech that took care of me was great... offered me a drink, made sure I was okay with the water temp, etc. I will definitely be using Eagle
