What To Expect Report

As a new client of our Pacific Animal Hospital in Pacific, you can expect our full attention to your pets' needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

Our dog was attacked over the summer, and the doctors and staff kept our little guy alive. He would not be here if it were not for them! The staff is friendly and great, and now we use their grooming services too - reasonable prices and our pup looks so handsome. Patrons for life!

The staff at PAH is phenomenal. They are friendly, customer service oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. We drive around 40 minutes with our dogs to them because we have faith in their ability to give exceptional care to our furry friends.

Pacific Animal Hospital has taken care of my 2 Labradors for 3 years. Dr. Hezel always gives me great advise and taken great care of my dogs. His staff is great. They always help me get my dogs into the hospital and back into the car. I would highly recommendable this Animal Hospital.

This hospital condones and provides FOUR PAW DECLAWS on cats. I provided educational advice on their Facebook page. No arguing, no bashing. Simply education, such as a link to "The Paw Project." I have now been blocked, and educational links deleted.

Any vet who would remove the claws from ALL FOUR PAWS of a tiny kitten is not a vet I would ever support. It's sad to see they will create wheelchairs for disabled dogs but have no problems maiming cats. Read up on www.pawproject.org to see the truth behind this inhumane treatment. They claim it's to make sure no future owner returns the kitten for damaging furniture but the other rescues in the area can attest this makes no difference. If you want a vet who truly CARES about animals, skip this one!!

I highly recommend Pacific Animal Hospital. They have been my vets for over 15 years. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and compassionate. They have taken care of 4 of my dogs over time. I also use their boarding and grooming services. They keep my dogs healthy and happy and my dogs are always excited to go there and see their friends at PAH.

As a mother of a senior fur baby whom takes her happiness and well being very seriously, I would not recommend bringing your baby to Pacific Animal Hospital. I had to use Pacific Animal hospital for awhile, not by choice and thankfully never again. I had a unique situation with the baby which unfortunately kept us there. It was a true blessing in disguise that I happened to be randomly reviewing my bills that prompted me to contact the office regarding various discrepancies in billing that revealed the truth about this practice.

Dr. Jones is the practice owner. It was recently bought to my attention
