The manager Alejandra is super disrespectful and unprofessional. She's super complicated and inappropriate for example other other day it was maybe like 6 people at the pool me and my bf and a kid with two older siblings we were all minding our business and enjoying sun. She came kicking people out saying nobody under lease can't be there literally told kid to get out of pool instead of speaking too the older kids about situation. Why bother people who aren't doing nothing. She's very rude and I think kicking 5 year old out the pool is so messed up. She walk around mugging everyone

DO NOT MOVE HERE, UNLESS YOU ENJOY YOUR RENT INCREASING 10% ANNUALLY. YOU CAN NEVER HAVE GUESTS OVER, BECAUSE THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE. MAINTENANCE WILL EITHER PARK IN YOUR STALL OR BLOCK YOU IN. THE OWNER CHUCK IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF REPAIRING THINGS IN YOUR UNIT ON YOUR OWN!! I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LOVING HERE.

The departments are clean and are well kept. The location is great. There are many shops, restaurants and recreational areas around. They are really close to the freeway which is great and easy access. However, parking is horrible. You only get one parking spot and parking on the street is a nightmare. The neighborhood is not too bad but I would not say it is the safest either.
Overall, I would not rent another unit from this place again. The manager for these unit is extremely rude and unhelpful. She tries to avoid people and does not care when you have a problem. She makes you feel unwelcomed

WORST apartment! They charged too much. Chuck the general manager is always after the money that you pay. Alejandria, the apartment manager complains if you report/complain problems in your apartment. Lots of rooms infected by bed bugs and coackroaches. Gate is always broken. i would give a NEGATIVE 10 in this apartment. They charged $150+ when you move out for cleaning even your room is clean.

The grounds are nice, the maintenance staff great. Parking is an issue. Not enough spaces for all the tenants. Parking on the street is nearly impossible.
I've enjoyed 3 peaceful years at city walk.
Recently the on site leasing agent quit. The office has been closed and locked for 3 weeks. All the tenants just received past due bills, with 3 days to pay or quit.
The bills range from 50$-2000$. The new management told us that, our leases were actually more than what we signed for. In some cases the lease agreement is missing and they are now trying to charge the residents, for misconduct by
