Worst moving company I have ever worked with. Do not use Bekins! Almost every piece of furniture I have is damaged and all of my electronics are missing. I have spoken with 3 people who have not responded, nor paid me the insurance they were supposed to pay. In addition, they had the audacity to charge my credit card another $300 without my permission because they claim their staff did the paperwork wrong! Going to put a stop payment on that!

From our phone interactions with Sylvia and our home consultation with Will, to the day of our move and dealing with Nate and his team, all of our interactions with this moving company were pleasant, professional, and put us at ease. We were very stressed when it seemed like no moving company could move us in the time we needed. I was very happy with the service they provided and I am happy to say we had no problems, nothing lost, and no repairs needed. I highly recommend this company for your move.

From the initial estimate meeting through the end of the move, my experience with Bekins was excellent. The organization was very accommodating and scheduled and executed a move that had 3 drop offs at separate locations in an extremely efficient and conscientious manner. The crew was incredibly courteous and truly hard working. They even took a moment to educate me about my sleep number bed set up in case I would ever want to dismantle myself in the future. I highly recommend Bekins!!
