We had a wonderful visit with Dr. Thompson. I suffer from chronic dry eye, and he tried a new procedure on me that none of the other optometrists I have seen before had tried. He was very thorough explaining what he was doing, what to expect during, before, and after, and I especially loved that he used a whiteboard and drawings to explain how he plans on doing things. He also has a great sense of humor and truly pays attention to make sure his patient’s needs are met. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and accommodating!! Thank you Dr. Thompson, we are so glad to have found a new optometrist

Dr. Thompson is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in finding the root cause of vision issues. My son, Noah, said that the NEW r/x the doctor recommended helped him to see "a lot better" and that the OLD glasses (from a different place) made him feel "blind." We are eagerly awaiting Noah's NEW prescription glasses from Dr. Thompson! Also the front desk staff is very polite, and helpful with questions/scheduling!

The EyeCare Center staff are very professional and courteous. They always go out of the way to provide service which goes above and beyond a normal visit to the eye doctor. They help you to understand what insurance benefits you can use and always stand behind their product...if something isn't right, they will make it so.
