So, I called and tried to schedule a full leg waxing on Wednesday afternoon, and I wanted to know if there were any openings for this treatment on Thursday or Friday of this week. I knew it was a long shot, but the worst that would happen is they'd say they were sorry and I'd have to look elsewhere.
Well, it is now Friday evening, and despite the lady on the phone taking my name and phone number, I never received a call back. Again, if the answer had simply been "No, there are no available appointments for those days," I would have been perfectly okay with that response. 48+ hours with no response

Can't sing praises loud enough for Marita and In The Nails! I took my 5-year-old along (we both got a fantastic mani/pedi) and it was such a nice experience. The decor was lovely and Marita and Jane were charming in addition to being skilled professionals. I loved the friendly atmosphere paired with their tedious and careful work. Never felt rushed or pressured in any way--just a great experience. I'll be back for sure.

It is so nice to have a drill free nail salon in Huntsville where I can go and know that the care of my nails and health are in consideration. Marita and her staff are so great to work with. They have a huge variety of services, so I can get everything I need done in one stop. They also stay up to date on the beauty industry and have all of the latest nail colors in stock. I always look forward to my appointments every other week!

Marita Durham, the owner, has been doing my nails for 28 years. I love the fact that no drills are used. The salon is always fresh & clean and now they are even offering massages and facials. I highly recommend Marita and her staff. They are professional and courteous and you won't get a better set of nails anywhere!

I went here two days before my wedding to get my nails and toes done. I expected great things being one of Huntsvilles oldest nail salons. I requested shellac with a brown tip on my nails and toes. After waiting for almost an hour to get started, I realized that the person doing my nails was not very experienced. I gave her the benefit of the doubt though. Well I left here with the tips of my nails and toes jagged and uneven. NOT a one was a straight line. Left and they had to be redone.

I was in Huntsville for work on an overnight trip. I had a few hours to kill, so I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi. I'm so glad I found In the Nails!
This shop is beautiful and impeccably decorated. The owner and staff are both a joy to spend and afternoon with and extremely skilled at their craft. Charlotte gave me a shellac mani/pedi. Excellent job. Very careful, precision work. The spa is super clean. I am a germophone and this spa is perfect. They have the special pedi chairs with the disposable liners
