The forecast was for snow. It was pouring rain. Three of us had a big day in Seattle planned. I didn’t want to get wet, search for parking, or drive in traffic. I had not hired a car in the past, although I know it happens all the time in New York. What a wonderful, carefree experience. Our driver Erik took three of us where we wanted to go, dropped us and picked us up at the door of each place. He texted me when he arrived (early), and was near the door of each place when we were ready to go. Highly recommend. I called this place first and booked immediately. Later I called around a bit but

We were so pleased with the service we received from Seattle ELITE Town Car. They arrived at 5 AM with a pristine vehicle big enough for all our luggage and were there waiting for us on the return even though our flight was 5 hours late and it was 1 AM. Service above and beyond!

I have been using this company for the last couple of years and I have been extremely happy with their service. They are prompt, professional, and take very good care of their customers. I cannot give them enough stars or say enough good things about them. I have often felt uncomfortable traveling alone at night with cab drivers or Uber drivers, but I have never felt that way with anyone from this company. They are truly excellent and I highly recommend using them!

Horrible communication, unsafe, and incredibly disrespectful. I arranged for a limo to pick up the bridal party and we were very clear that they won’t send a Hummer limo, but a regular one. On the day of the wedding, they sent a Hummer limo. The driver gave me his boss to speak to and they YELLED and SCREAMED at me over the phone. He threatened to take back the Hummer and leave us stranded on the WEDDING DAY. After speaking with the driver, we agreed to take the Hummer. But on the way, the driver missed the exit twice and took us on a an hour detour. When we banged on the glass to get his attention

The driver arrived early in front of my house and quietly wait for the time came. If I did not look out the windows I would not know that he was already there. I very much appreciated for his work. It was a nice ride, and he helped to pick up and drop off my things in a nice way. I am sure that I will use the service again when I need it. Also, on the phone to make a reservation, I was given the option to tip on the bill or in cash to the driver. I like that. Good service.
