I met with Nick regarding meeting some personal fitness goals. He helped me design a workout plan that would fit my schedule, and helped me to understand the importance of nutrition in the whole process. Any time I ran into a bump in the road, he was able to offer advice and changes that could and did help get over them. Very nice, very friendly, very knowledgeable man.

I have been a client of Mission Fitness since 2015. Walked in weighing 332 pounds and with the support and guidance of both Jill & Nick I lost 152 pounds by 2017. I can not say enough about their dedication and absolute love to see their clients succeed. Never did I feel like I was not a priority, every session was positive, uplifting and well painful ;) in a good way. I met Nick and Jill of Mission fitness back in 2012 when I needed to lose weight after having my last baby. They introduced me to the Keto diet and weight training. I spent many years training with them and I absolutely love them both. They not only taught me everything about diet and exercise, but they have given me a new way of thinking about food and fitness. They have become good friends over the years and if I ever have any questions, I text them and they get right back to me. They are both very knowledgeable and I wouldn’t train with anyone else!!!

I've worked with Jill for nearly 10 years! I started training with her to get in better shape ahead of my wedding and she's continued to train me off and on in the years since even throughout my pregnancy and recovery. Having read of Nick and Jill's amazing results with weight loss, and already knowing him as a former student, I reached out to see if he could do the OPPOSITE! Our hockey player needed to gain a minimum of 30 pounds safely to be able to play at the advanced level he achieved. Nick did it.....changed his attitude toward food, eating habits, personally trained him. No steroids, artificial products...just healthy eating and fantastic environment. A successful season and forever mentor!
