I thoroughly enjoy working with Express Remodeling Group.
In the past year I have worked with Express on several projects as I upgraded a two-family property I own. The projects included demolishing and replacing a rear deck with two levels, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, tiling, drywalling, painting, laminate floor installation, replacement of exterior doors, electrical, stucco repair, and safety improvement to stairs.
In all projects, Express Remodeling was well organized, worked to make sure we were aligned on expectations for both the work to be done and the timeline, and excellent with communication

As a professional I’ve worked with Wagner before and we decided to hire him to build our 2-car garage and master suite on a tight budget. Construction took 3.5 months and we are very happy with everything. We were able to express our concerns to Wagner at anytime, reach him as needed and getting cost options from him. All of his subs and site workers were super nice and careful during entire covid time construction. At the end of each day, site was cleaned perfectly. All of our neighbors were and still are impressed.

Express is an incredible company. I had a deck rebuild that I needed done, and they were great.
It started when I called to get an estimate. Christina works the office, and she was super helpful letting me know what kinds of options I had. They got back to me super quick, and let me know when they were sending someone over if I wanted to meet them to go over what I wanted and needed. Warren, the contractor, was incredibly helpful explaining the different ways that my job could be done. And he put together the most complete estimate possible listing out the different ways the job could be
